Elisa Michelle Emanuel

October 8, 1987 - January 19, 2022

Elisa Michelle “Lisa” Emanuel of Pasadena, TX passed away on Wednesday Jan. 19, 2022, at the age of 34. She was born in Houston, TX on Oct. 8, 1987, to the proud parents of Abelina Capuchino and Reynol Chapa. She is survived by her husband Anthony Emanuel and their two children Jeremy & Audrey; her mother Abelina Capuchino Chapa; her father Reynol Chapa; brothers Reynol Jr., Jaime, & John Chapa; Mother-in-law Karen, and brothers-in-laws Richard and James Emanuel. Anthony & Lisa met and began dating in October of 2005. After a courtship of four years, they fell in love and tied the knot on August 14, 2009. On May 8, 2013, they welcomed their son Jeremy and thereafter on February 17, 2017, they welcomed their daughter Audrey. They were the most important part of her life. Lisa graduated from the University of Houston in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Business and began working for the City of LaPorte, TX in 2014. She was dedicated to her work and as proof, she was promoted to the position of an Accountant. Lisa was a devoted mother, wife, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her children & family, planning memorable trips and socializing with her friends. Lisa’s loss will be felt far beyond the walls of her home. Those of us that knew her best know that she was witty, sarcastic, had a dry sense of humor, loving, dependable, loyal, and one amazing soul. Always a little firecracker ready with her come backs and of course if there was a Friends or The Office reference...she was the one making it. This wonderful woman was a blessing to everyone that got the privilege of being called her friend, or part of her family. She will forever be in our hearts.
