Betty Washington was born on May 8, 1952 to Annie B. and Scott Johnson. Betty attended Booker T. Washington High School and was later inspired by cosmetology, makeup, fashion, and travel. Betty worked at St. Joseph Pediatrics Burn Unit and enjoyed caring for kids in her early years. Later Betty found her passion at All Season’s Care Center, making this her career for almost 20 years. Betty passionately cared for her patients and loved working with great co-workers. Betty was blessed with two daughters, Tresondria and Phillesia, who love her dearly. Betty accepted Christ at an early age. She enjoyed being a member of Greater Outreach Missionary Baptist Church for over 25 years. Betty loved being under the leadership of Reverend Kenneth Eakins, Senior. Betty really enjoyed having such a talented First Lady and Pastor, who also blessed her with their music ministry. Betty was blessed to be born to loving Parents and amazing Sisters and Brothers. Each one of them shared a very special bond. Betty met the love of her life and Married Keith Washington, sharing laughs and goals while raising their kids. Betty always beamed in delight about how proud and blessed she was to have her daughters, Tresondria and Phillesia in her Life. Betty’s daughters were always a reflection of the love and care that they received from their mother. Betty was blessed to have two wonderful sons in law: Ronald and Bertram. Betty’s ultimate delight came from the love she received from and gave to her four Grandkids: Christina, Christalyn, Alexsandria and Jalen and three Great Grandkids: Amar’e, Alannah and Adrianna. Betty is proceeded in death by her loving Mother, Father, and several Brothers and Sisters. Memories of Betty will be cherished by her Daughters, Grandkids, Great grandkids, Sons in law, Sisters, Brother, a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
