He was a great guy
Mike and I have been Besties for over 30 years. My husband stumbled upon this when he was looking for someone else. I tried so hard to call, email and Facebook him over the years. I never heard of his passing. Mike was a kind, gentle soul that everyone wanted to be around. Mike I love you buddy and you are missed in my life. Know that you were always a fantastic friend and like a brother to me. You are gone but not forgotten friend,

Sorry to hear of your loss. Mike seemed a fine fellow for sure and after my heart also since I have a masters in education and am somewhat of a history buff too. I'm sure his students loved him and he will be really missed by everyone. I wished I had know him during his life.
